We offer several no contract memberships. The Fitness Combo and the Ultimate Combo include umlimited fitness classes and use of the fitness center equipment. Choose from a variety of classes including power pump, zumba, cycling, yoga, butt and gut, boxing and more! All classes are taught by Tracy Morgan. Tracy has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds 6 national certificates with ACE, AFAA, Schwinn, & Zumba in personal training, group fitness instruction, zumba, cycling, lifesyle and wellness coaching. Tracy has trained all over the world and completed Ashtanga Yoga training in Japan with instructors from India and Thailand. In addition. Tracy founded several fitness and nutritional programs for the U.S. Military such as S.W.E.A.T. We have something for everyone. All levels are welcomed. Power Pump- An endurance weight training class that will work every muscle group for 4 minutes straight. This is weight training like no other! Zumba - A low impact dance based cardio class with a little toning thrown into the mix. It's so much fun, you'll forget you're working out! You can burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Yoga - Ashtanga based class where body and mind connect through flowing core based poses. These power poses strengthen both mind and body and will leave you dripping sweat. Boxing - Using a combination of boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts moves you will burn a ton of calories, while giving you a healthy outlet to release all your aggression out on the bags. W.A.R- Walls - Aerobics - Ropes. This is an extremely challenging work out using all of your muscles in ways you never used them before. You will use rock climbing walls, aerobic drills and ropes to push your limits. W.R.R- You asked for it so here it is ... Weight Room Ruckus. You will learn proper form and combinations using everything in the weight room to get a full body work out. Kamikaze Cardio - The name says it all. We will combine all types of intense cardio intervals to get max results. We will push our limits! Step- This classic exercise has never lost it flavor. Use 4 to 8 inch steps with fun choreography to firm up that lower body and burn fat! Butt & Gut - Total core and lower body conditioning. We will use fun combinations to burn out every muscle from the waist down. Find your six pack, get rid of your love handles, and sculpt your butt and thighs. BOGA - This is my creation! This class combines the flow of Yoga with the intensity of Cardio Kickboxing. This is barefoot interval training, great for weight loss, building endurance and strength. Heart & Soul Cycling - Start with an intense calorie burning cycllng work out for your heart and end with flexibilty & relaxation yoga work out for your soul. These 2 work outs complement each other. StepSpin- This is the craziest mix of cardio. We will do 1/2 the class on the step and the other 1/2 on the cycle. Duathalon - A combination of indoor cycling and running. This class will push your limits and get you racing to fitness. Kettlebox- We have taken two of the most exciting and effective exercises Kettle bells and boxing and combined them for max results. Arms & Abs - This class will combine multiple exercises to sculpt your arms and make your abs rock hard.
