Cycling with Marcy Odom will get your heart rate pumping. Marcy has over 18 years of experience
and all classes are held in our cycling room.

Marcy has the following qualifications and cerifications: BA in Exercise Sport and Health Studies from the University of Texas at Arllngton, The Cooper Institute, Precision Cycling, American Council on Exercise.

Odom Indoor Cycling is excited to welcome Mindi Marks as a new instructor. Over 21 years of experience. Certifications include: Cooper Clinic, AFAA, and NASM

Membership to Forney Sports Center is not required.
