Memberships at Forney Sports Center

1. Team Practices: the annual FSC registration fee for anyone participating in team practices is $5.00, plus the team practice fee. Additional fees apply for league, team, tournaments etc,


2. League Practices: the annual FSC registration fee for anyone participating in league practices is $5.00, plus
   the team practice fee. Additional fees apply for tournaments etc,.


3. Tournaments: there are no FSC membership or registration fees for individuals who are participating in tournaments held at Forney Sports Center.


4. Visitors: For individuals who have children participating in team practices or leagues and are not FSC
   members who would like to use available facilities, there is a $4.00 visitor fee for each visit.


5. Membership: membership to FSC is available for individuals, couples and families based on the options below.

• Individuals must be 16 or older.
• Individuals under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Gold Individual: annual individual gold FSC membership includes use of, fitness center, table tennis, basketball court and soccer field. We will endeavor to keep at least one basketball
court and one table tennis table available at all times for member use. The soccer field can be used for practice when not in use for FSC league games or practices.
Cost: $250.00 per year paid in five separate equal monthly installments
(approx $20.00 per month).

Gold Combo: annual gold combo FSC membership, any two members of one family. Membership includes use of, fitness center, table tennis, basketball court and soccer field. We will endeavor to keep at least one basketball court and one table tennis table available at all times for member use. The soccer field can be used for practice when not in use for FSC league games or practices.
Cost:$400.00 per year paid in five separate equal monthly installments
(approx $16.00 per month per person)

Gold Family: annual gold family membership, for a family of four, includes use of, fitness center, table tennis, basketball court and soccer field. We will endeavor to keep at least one basketball court and one table tennis table available at all times for member use. The soccer field can be used for practice when not in use for FSC league games or practices.
Cost:$650.00 per year paid in five separate equal monthly installments
(approx $13.00 per month per person)
Each additional family member $100.00 per year.

Silver Individual: annual silver membership, for one person ages 16 years and up, includes a registration fee, and single fee allowing the use of fitness center, table tennis, basketball court and soccer field. We will endeavor to keep at least one basketball court and one table tennis table available at all times for member use. The soccer field can be used for practice when not in use for FSC league games or practices.
Cost:$40.00 per year and $3.00 door fee for each visit.
